Went to the one in Orleans Jan 25, 2024 at 5pm. I was the only one in line at the cash; there was one other person waiting for their food. Waited 15 minutes and nobody even looked at me. I have never seen staff move so slow. Didn’t look they were even going to ask for my order for a while; nobody even said “I’ll be with you in a minutes”. Everytime I order from here there is missing something or there is something wrong. They didn’t give me dressing with my side salad (which was specified on the order), no sour cream that I paid as an addition and couldn’t get a refund. I attempted to contact the branch multiple times throughout the entire day with zero success. No cutlery either! Its incredibly disappointing and 0 stars to customer service and attention to detail. Do better, at least the bare minimum.
