After a 13-hour shift with no breaks, I wanted to sink my teeth into a Baconator. I went through the drive-thru and asked for no ketchup and also requested no ice in my Coke.
When I got home, there was no ice, my drink was root beer and ketchup in my burger. It left me quite hungry that night and I cannot exactly take ketchup off a burger cleanly. The worst time to screw up and they did it.
We went in to order and waited for 20 minutes before we asked why they were not taking orders and was told that it is store policy to do all the online orders as they come in.
They were not stopping coming in. he took our order saying" fine WHAT DO YOU WANT" with a lot of attitude after we asked why we were not being served again.
We then got our order in 10 minutes but no other orders were taken from the long line behind us.

The chili used in the chili cheese fries and nachos is also very yummy. The drive-thru is pretty speedy, and the staff has been great.
