“Wow! I cannot believe how kind and incredible the staff at this location are. I foolishly placed a big take out order on the WRONG date and went to go in the next day (the date I thought I ordered it for) and turns out they had the whole order there the day before and it got wasted, I did get a notification but I assumed it was for my planned date…all my fault, living in lala land over here…Thankfully they took pity on me and re made my whole entire order, for no charge, so my son could have his fave food on his bday. Of course, I gave a tip to say thank you but I had to share this incredible act of kindness with everyone! The food here is the absolute best too, and now I know why, the staff running this location are so full of love they cannot help but cook with it! Thank you and I’ll be back, time and time again. “This is my go-to bakery whenever I'm in Whitby. The pastries are, without exception, delicious and eye-catching. The pasteis de nata (Portugese custard tarts) are the closest to the ones you can get in Belém/Lisbon that I've ever tried.Great. Now my mouth is watering just thinking about them.“
“I’ve been going to Chick fiesta for a few years now and I must say I really love it. I haven’t tried many things from the menu, usually get the same thing all the time (Half or Whole chicken with Rice and/or Peri Peri Fries) I’ve tried the burger a few times and it’s decent. The staff members are really friendly and nice, today for the first time I experienced peri fries that may have been excessively seasoned, I reached out to them and the owner took it upon himself to ensure I get the fries with the appropriate seasoning (less). He even gave me a complementary burger for the inconvenience this caused. Being a loyal customer, I appreciate this very much.This is my go to place for a high protein meal, the chicken is cooked very well and the fries are amazing. Thanks again to the staff and owners for providing such tasty and healthy Portuguese style chicken.“
“Couldn't decide between a zinger burger and the new smokehouse burger so I brought my daughter and we tried both! The smokehouse was truly the best burger I have ever had. Peri fries were great too and the prices are good! The two of us left completely stuffed for less then a person would pay at McDonalds.Dietary restrictions: Everything is halal.Parking: Large parking lot in plaza.“
