“This is my husband and I comfort food in Pickering area. We always order from uber but we would like to come to dine in one day. The food is always good and fresh. Very generous portions of rice, salad, sauce and chicken. Our favorite is chicken shawarma plate and biriyani, bbq and garlic sauce. They never missed the instructions we put on the apps so that’s another plus point.“

“It's been a while since I've been here. Sakada is a small Japanese restaurant located in a neighbourhood plaza in Pickering. It appears to be family owned and run. Very friendly people. I was planning to order one of the lunch specials posted in the window but then I saw the All You Can Eat lunch special for $14.00, including a drink. It was too tempting. I ordered a mixture of dishes, starting with miso soup, green salad, and seaweed. That was followed by beef and chicken teriyaki, broccoli tempura, a couple of tofu dishes, and a couple of crab rolls. That was more than enough to stuff me! I'm no sushi expert but everything tasted pretty good. The teriyaki dishes were delicious and everything else was freshly made and yummy. The service was also quite good, especially with a steady stream of customers coming in to pick up orders.“

“Food is always so delicious, flavourful, and never dry. House fries with crispy chicken and garlic parmesan wings are a must. The mac and cheese bites were great too! I’ve ordered from here multiple times and finally dined it— the staff was very kind and welcoming. Will come back for sure!!“

“Came in here after a long day at the Toronto Zoo and was so pleasantly surprised! This is a hidden gem of Filipino food! Prices are very reasonable and the food is very very amazing!!! “I always get takeout from Sushi Ninja and I have never been disappointed. The sushi is always ready on time and I appreciate their consistency in taste and serving quantity. They also give 10% off when you pay cash so it really helps on the big orders. I would recommend this place to anyone!“

“I had a spicy tuna roll and the deep fried wonton which I crave. I was raised in Vancouver and have travelled throughout North America. The worst deep fried wonton is in Springfield, Missouri but that is for another time. This is the best fried wonton ever. I don’t know where they get their wraps but the wrap and the filling are perfect. I have eaten in hundreds of Asian restaurants. This is the best deep fried wonton in North America.“
