“I hope anybody reading this will understand how we should go about using Google you see I went in to this location for my very first time spent some money got home with excitement to realize the main item was missing out of the bag so rather run to Google and get them a one star I called location conversation with staff they instantly took responsibility and delivered it right to my home address I haven't even chomped into it yet I'm making this review I'm also a franchise owner not going to say which one cuz it's irrelevant but I understand customer service and these guys just showed me tonight that they're on the same page as I am I will bend over backwards for my customers and my self have delivered to home addresses for missing items so again here I am giving these guys a five star because they're a stand-up bunch of good people.... I will definitely return“

“This is my go to location. The only place in Niagara I can feed people "out for dinner" for less than $40 and still get all the yummy stuff. And FYI the Italian cheese bread doesn't get the promo it deserves, best, pie, ever. (In terms of "cheap" pizza anyway) it's always my go to. My 15yr old son and I have to get two hahaha. But make sure they don't forget the Marinara! Hahaha. Staff at this store are great!“

“We went in for lunch. It was our first visit to Popeyes.

We ordered a large chicken tender combo and a big box (2 pieces of chicken, 2 sides, a biscuit and drink. Price for the box was $7.99.

Lunch for 2 was about $26.00.

The chicken tender combo also came with 2 sides, a drink and a biscuit. The "spicy" tenders were just that. So tender with crunchy breading. They were perfect. The best I've had in a very long time. The macaroni and cheese was just okay- a bit bland for my taste buds.

The chicken in the big box was good, but not great. My partner would have preferred it be cooked for longer. He prefers the breading used at another fast food chicken restaurant. The Cajun fries that accompanied it were also just okay.

We both enjoyed the coleslaw and the lemonade.

The gentleman at the counter was both friendly and helpful.

Dining in was a pleasant experience, and there was definitely a small lunch crowd.

Washroom was clean.

Really not sure if we will be back.

“Hello all you disappointed pizza lovers. I have been a loyal Volcanoes customer for 25+ yrs. If you are seeking that awesome tasting pizza from Volcanoes you were used to. Order weekdays after 4.00pm and Sundays all day. That is the time when Jerry the main owner is overseeing the restaurant. The other minority owner Chris, has turned into a miserable piece of s*** that will not make your pizza with thick crust and has really started skimping on all toppings, thats if he even puts the right toppings you ordered. He,s gotten ignorant as f#ck over the years and seems to be taking his miserableness out on customers. Needs to put a diaper on and retire. So in conclusion, try ordering during the hours I mentioned and you will be pleasantly surprised with your pizza tasting just as good as it did years ago. Oh and if you want to step up your flavour experience, ask for spicey pepperoni (cup&char). You wont regret it. Cheers and good eating.“

“I went for my son’s birthday on June 22nd. I wanted to take a moment to recognize the service level of this location is far better than a lot of the other locations I’ve been to. Despite being a group of 20, they actually did a really good job. Of course takes longer than with a few people. They even accommodated a late arrival and managed to get their food out at the same time.

I came back again on Saturday, July 13 and the service level was great. I was with my father and my 5 year old daughter, and we were served quickly and efficiently. I really appreciate the service level, keep up the great work!

The only thing that was lacking was support for the one waitress. I feel like someone should have helped her out a little more. Otherwise, I would have given 5 stars if it was just the Saturday July 13th review only.
