We are seniors and we placed our order and when order was ready it was brought to our table. Noticed they did this for several customers. The lineup is long but you hardly notice it as it moves quickly...these folks prioritize efficiency....the customer service is awesome and the burgers are delicious....there is plenty of seating indoors and outdoors and if you have a sweet tooth ice cream is just next door....“

“Another fantastic meal at Harvey’s in Gravenhurst. Doug brought a personable experience and came over to the table to ask how the meal was. I live in bracebridge but always go to the Harvey’s in gravenhurst due to the great service and food thanks again to Doug and his team. 5 stars all around.“

“Our meals were great although the fries could have been a bit hotter. Our Server Leanne was very attentive and insisted on us checking that our steaks were done to our liking when she brought them. The bill was reasonable and the drinks were good. Overall, an enjoyable experience!“

“Was a great time with the family and friends. Had just gone to Christie's Mill for a swim with our kids and some family friends and it was the perfect dinner on the way home burgers were fantastic juciy patties fresh toppings was delicious. To top it off one of the ladies who ran the building hero is in gave all the kids candy canesade our night.
Vegetarian options: They have quite a few vegetarian options for a burger place including sweet potatoes, plant based and a few more options not sure if they still offer salmon.
Kid-friendliness: They also have kids combos, Jr burgers Jr cheeseburgers, chicken burgers, chicken strips lots of kid options.
Wheelchair accessibility: The parking lot has plenty of wheelchair accessible parking as well as the building and hero burger are all completely wheelchair friendly.“
