“It's not often you get blown away from a drive-thru interaction. Recently, we experienced an amazing customer service episode with a young gentleman named Sathvik. He welcomed us by asking, "how has your day been so far?". Great eye contact, genuine smile and attentiveness. He even sensed our uncertainty on whether we wanted any sauces with our order which we finally said 'no' too and when he came back with our order bag, he stated "I threw in a couple in case you change your minds". We frequent the Clair Road location regularly and are always impressed with the level of service from the staff. It is a testament to the quality of training from their management and ownership. “I love Mary Browns. Tonight I loved it even more. As I was entering the store there was a homeless man outside walking by the store and looking for a ride. The staff at this store ended up bringing him out a warm meal! This totally warmed my heart. Great job to the staff there tonight. Mona was fantastic and went above and beyond. “Ordered a BYO large whole wheat and a BYO medium pizza. They are very generous with the toppings comparatively. I would bet on their crust. It reminds the authentic italian pizza crust we had in Italy. Cheese was exact as needed holding all the toppings together, I am not from those who want their pizza loaded with cheese. Each and every topping including sauce was measured to the last ounce making sure all the pizzas are consistent. I could also re-heat the pizza as per their instructions on the pizza box. “Right opposite Stone Road mall, and finally crossed the road to try this location as well. Took the Falafel platter with half rice and half fries. Skipped the garlic sauce and just added tahini and some hot sauce to make the platter vegan.

The falafel freshly made. The rice tasted really good and the fries freshly made as well and crispy. Lazeez I think has made some good changes to rice and falafels and lately they have tasting amazingly good.
