This place gets my vote for the worst Taco Bell/KFC in the world. Poor customer service, had to argue with the clerk blaming me for placing the order incorrectly by giving her the wrong combo number. I never gave her a number, all I said was chicken soft taco combo. The combos sign is located at the other side of the store versus the cash register, I can't see it, bring your binoculars or get ready for an argument placing your order. You’d think after a complete renovation they’d have had time to train their staff better or hire more competent staff. Yet here we are again, still getting orders wrong. Still taking long to serve customers even when there is no traffic. The only reason I go here is the next Taco Bell is just out of the way to get to. Any other location will get your order right and serve you in a timely manner.

Love the mix of both KFC and Taco Bell when you wanna order two different orders it's very convenient. As other reviewers had mentioned the loss of stars is from the slow speed at times at the drive thru with only 2-3 vehicles ahead. Overall staff are nice and get orders correct, but sometimes the speaker at the drive thru is very low and can't hear the order taker.
