“Saray is bright, colourful and fun. The food was unreal and super affordable. We’re glad we held off on ordering mains - 4 starter dips and 1 salad was MORE than enough for the 3 of us. I could live off of the cheese & feta rolls. Planning on taking my boys soon so they can try all the meat skewers while I eat all the appetizers. If you’re in Richmond Hill give it a try - vibe, service, taste 10/10.“

“The place was packed, but they tried very efficiently to accommodate. Staff very welcoming, smiling and try to help/please the customer. In particular we were impressed by the service and politeness shown by our Two servers, Hebun & Mete. Of course, one can not taste everything. We ordered a Platter that had combination of Meats, Vegetables, Grain Rice and Bread. Very tasty, enjoyed. They can make the Entrance more Clean and improve the Waiting Area.“

“My friends and I were feeling like some Turkish food, and we found this place not too far from us, and it was absolutely amazing. The beef and chicken kebabs were all super tender and flavorful. The pide was perfect, and the Beyti kabab was my personal favourite. The service was great as well.“

“We haven't tasted such delicious raw meatballs in a long time. We had an excellent time with our group of friends at Mahmood Çiğ köfte. Mr. Mahmood is very polite and kind. We also thank you for the free tea service. We will come again as soon as possible. I recommend it to everyone.“

“Just amazing! 2 weeks in a row I’ve had the chicken doner wrap. It is BIG! So juice and tasty with all the chicken and I’m not one for salad but it tastes so fresh. My new weekly take out for sure. This is a little gem of a place.“

What great service from the staff here. My daughter and I enjoyed chatting and the smiles we received as we were being served. We each ordered a wrap. Our server generously stuffed each with our selections of vegetables. I tell you, it was stacked high; bigger than my mouth!! LOL Reasonably priced too! We’ll both be going back for sure!!“

“the food was amazing the service was so fast and the server gave us salad with such a good sauce ? and the food came like 5-6 min later. anyways recommend for families because it’s spacious and the quantity give is huge. we all have leftovers !!“

AT ALL COSTS. so here i am, on a monday morning, visiting the square one mall. after getting a starbucks coffee, i passed next to the MADO bakery who seemed inviting, deciding to get some pastries to try. out of the 30 tables here, only 2 are occupied by patrons at 11:00am. so i order three baklava, for 5$ a piece (really expensive but ok) and take a seat. After 30 seconds an employee ask me (politely) to leave the place, because "outside drinks are not allowed". on a monday morning, on an empty restaurant, i got kicked out for wanting to try their pastries. so now, there i am, eating on a public bench, 20$ worth of "luxury" pastries. worst service ever, overhyped but empty place. oh, and the baklava were bland, and tasteless. it looked like i was eating a handful of sand. but hey, at least my starbuck coffee was good. AVOID. AT. ALL. COSTS.“

“I am Korean Canadian with a pretty normal palate for food. I have become a regular here for the breads and pastry. In particular I love their personal sized pizzas and a tubular pastry that has feta and spinach Burek I think, I forget the name but absolutely the most crispy flaky and delicious breakfast I can have. Seems (pronounce Shems) is the gentlman usually behind the counter who is just the kindest man. They also have raw honey which my kids loved and I just tried the cherry drink. Good stuff especially for my gout. I am a customer for life~“
