They gave away well over 500 FREE pizzas, and I was lucky enough to witness the owner himself telling the kitchen to keep going, even after passing that number. No one was turned away. I took back that pizza for it to be replaced with one that was cooked all the way through. The young lady at the counter was very polite and apologetic. What’s more is the freshly cooked pizza was ready right away and was perfectly prepared. Great service recovery. The last thing a dissatisfied customer wants to hear is an argument. We ordered from the other location on king in waterloo twice and it was nothing like this place. This location is great and very consistent with their pizza.
