I decided to give Pop’s Pizza try, and I’m so glad I did! This time I was more than impressed. The staff greeted me right away with a smile, and I didn’t have to wait at all before being helped. The service was fast, friendly, and attentive — they really made sure I felt welcome. Got good food with customisation.

The atmosphere was great, and it was right around lunch time, yet everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back again!

Not to mention last time I had to wait because of stone oven issues they had but Really the same stone oven pizza was made and delivered to me in record time of minutes with quantity look like doubled.

I made a special request that was quite unusual to celebrate years of service for a coworker. Having her spell the number on the pizza in pepperoni. She happily took my request and took so much care in making sure I was happy with it. Although I didn’t try one, the cannoli looked absolutely amazing and was calling my name from the display case. So either the owner saw my review and dealt with the hygene or I just visited on a really bad day before, in either case, I'm very happy to see improvement.

It tastes like the sauce was a can of stewed tomatoes and the ground beef was a bit off. I also bought a large pizza for my daughter. “My initial experience with this business was that it was just another pizza joint. However, yesterday’s experience changed that. I had ordered two pizzas, one of which was undercooked. I took back that pizza for it to be replaced with one that was cooked all the way through. The young lady at the counter was very polite and apologetic. What’s more is the freshly cooked pizza was ready right away and was perfectly prepared. Great service recovery. The last thing a dissatisfied customer wants to hear is an argument. “We needed a big order for an event. Vivian and staff were incredibly helpful! Our pizzas came when we needed them to, and we got all the items we asked for. The pizzas were delivered hot, and they were delicious!
Staff wrote what each pizza was on the box which sounds like a minor detail but that little bit extra made it so easy to set and serve.

Prices were great for a big order, and Vivian checked in with us the day of and prior to delivery, which helped make the event stress free. Guests were left full and happy.
