“I’ve been going to Italia for 30 years…. I used to live in Sarnia, and now it Peterborough. I come back usually monthly, and always stop in for Super Deluxe with extra cheese! Best pizza by far! Always, great, and the staff is always friendly.“

“My family ordered some Canadian pizza with mozzarella sticks, garlic bread, various sauces and the mini Cinnabon cinnamon rolls as a triple treat box recently. Took off some marks as the pan pizza was pretty dough-heavy (although this may be a personal preference as I typically order thin crust). Overall, a decent pizza place, the pizza and sides are pretty consistent with other huts, it is open late and they have good deals to save money. But it is nothing to write home about (other than those mini Cinnabons, those are great).“

“I recently visited from Canada. I wanted to place a to-go order. The staff were so rigid in their roles despite the empty lobby. Even when my order was ready and sitting on a shelf with my name only the “take-out specialist” could hand it to me. Waiting for this reason seems ridiculous to customer. I’m not certain if this was policy or internal tension between parties.“

“The deep dish Detroit style pizza was excellent. Jet's Pizza still has anchovies (many places no longer carry them), which made us happy. The service was great; the delivery arrived much earlier than expected. This was a delivery, so I can't speak to the atmosphere.

“Tom was like speaking to a nation-wide manager or something. He and the staff were so professional and so extremely knowledgeable about all the food items I asked about because I didn’t see any photos and forgot what grinder I ordered last time. He was extremely patient as my family and our small children asked a million questions. He even helped us customize our order once we told him our preferences. In addition to that, he got our food out fast and it was absolutely delicious with 100% accuracy. I am glad we went and will definitely be returning soon! Thank you for making our day better , Tom and staff!“

“Put a last minute order in for my granddaughter's birthday that we had at the mall. It was very busy because the mall was hosting a Easter egg hunt. The staff went over and beyond to help make the day special and the pizza and bread sticks were a hit. Thank you!!!!!“
