The service here has always been great and the staff has always been polite and friendly. Does the odd order get mixed up well the odd time but in service industry when doesn’t it.
Go in almost every day for coffee and find the service great and the staff friendly and courteous. Let’s face in the service industry it’s not always easy to be happy happy joy joy considering the way people act sometimes.
Sat at the 2nd speaker while I watched 5 new cars that pulled in get helped before me!! Said hello 5 times and was not helped and when the lady came on all she said was what can I get for you? No sorry or anything! RUDE!
