“Great variety. Lots of sushi options.. it was our first time trying Daikon (Radish) Rolls which replaces the seaweed + rice, and we found them quite refreshing.

The combo with dim sum is unique too.. loved the Beef Tripe and Sticky Rice. I’d stay away from the Peking Duck however, it doesn’t include crispy skin.

You also get a nice ambiance with dine-in, can hold a conversation without shouting. Only reco here is for more playlist variety.. they had Taylor Swift on repeat.. for nearly 2 hours.“

“Hand slaughtered halal, and can't beat the 6.65$ price for a loaded small noodle! I got non-spicy noodle with ginger chicken and sweet n sour chicken. LOTS of spicy chicken, spicy rice, and spicy noodle options.

They seem very clean and considerate of cross contamination and don't handle your money with the same gloves. The food tastes great and they aren't stingy.

“Phoenix is hands down my favorite Hakka/Fusion restaurant. The food is consistently delicious, but the real star of the menu is their chilli chicken or chilli fish. Both have just the right amount of heat, and packed with flavor. The portions are generous, and the service is always friendly and efficient. While they only offer takeout, Phoenix never disappoints. Highly recommend to anyone craving great Hakka cuisine!“

“Seems like a family run restaurant. Interior design can use some work, but I could care less because the food trumped it. They speak Mandarin and English, and provide a Chinese and not so good translated English menu, to which the owner admitted the translation was bad. She was very nice and offered help if needed for ordering anything as my partner and I can't read or speak Mandarin. Regardless, we managed to order what we wanted and I was pleasantly surprised.

We ordered the following: stir fry cumin lamb, pork Tang's burger, spicy cold noodle salad, lamb skewers, and biang biang noodles (has lamb and bok choy).

I expected the food to be as salty as it looks, but no. Everything, especially the deadly looking biang biang noodles, was wonderfully balanced in spicy and salt. The noodles are hand pulled, bouncy, chewy and is the best I've had. Lamb in all the dishes was well seasoned. Their spicy chili oil condiment has good flavour and mildly spicy. Pork Tang's burger was very juicy, but the bread is on the thicker side to my liking. Nevertheless, delicious food all around. Recommended for sure.“

“I just ordered a combo today. It comes with noodles, vegetable, orange chicken and pepper chicken and I also added 2 pieces of fried salmon for only $18 after tax. It's my second order and I would say the serving's pretty good for the price. Food tasted so good specially the chicken. Even the broccoli was cooked so well. Kudos to the owners too, they are so welcoming and friendly.“

“If you want a restaurant with friendly staff, excellent service and food that doesn't make your stomach hurt the next day, this is the place. The hot and sour soup is a MUST try. The spicy beef fried rice and the chilli chicken is also fantastic. This is my go-to Hakka restaurant and other restaurants don't even come close to this place. If you are looking for an alternative to Super Hakka nearby, this is your place.“

Something funny happened, I dropped my chopticks and before I could even ask someone for new ones a kind lady brought me a new pair right away I was impressed considering it was a weekend and the place was packed that they were so attentive and kind.
