Choi Restaurant - Vietnamese Street Eats

I really like the food here, it’s refreshing to have options outside of your typical pho and rice dishes.The rice paper slaw was my favorite. I also really liked a noodle dish that came with shrimp paste sauce but I forgot the name.The vietnamese taco was okay, I wouldn’t get it again. A small restaurant located inside the Silver Star plaza. Lots of free parking! Upon arrival, I was greeted and staff were very nice. The restaurant is very aesthetically pleasing and great decor.The menu has lots of unique things to order. I ordered the Pandan Colada ($6) and the Fish Tacos ($12). The Pandan Colada was okay! Love the ambience and authentic Vietnamese menu, the dishes they offer are very hard to find at other Pho stores. Great service and tasty cocktails!It’s interesting reading the reviews, it seems like the Vietnamese clients can tell what’s good here and rate the food well compared to foreigners. I’m Vietnamese myself and can say the food here is definitely worth a try!
