Taco Restaurants near Scarborough

“Stopped by with two friends on a Sunday afternoon. Right away, we noticed the dining area could use some attention, most tables had crumbs and leftover food, and the floor had scattered pieces of chicken and other food.

We each ordered individually, and mine was last. Unfortunately, my order was wrong; it was missing two of the seven tacos. I told the counter person, and they quickly made the missing tacos.

A few other things: there were no forks by the drink stand, low straw supplies, and no sauces were available; you had to ask for them.

Positively, the food was good. Everything tasted good, and the fries were a standout surprise. They were extra crispy, which worked well with the fries supreme. Not sure if it was a new fry or a lucky batch, but it was a nice touch.

Before leaving, I ordered for a family member. That order was quick and accurate.

Overall, it was okay, the food was good, and service was responsive, but the dining area needs improvement. I would probably stop by again, hoping for a cleaner dining area next time.“

the staff are clam when dealing with irate customers. I applaud the cashier she has a very challenging customer prior to me and she just finished the transaction and looked up and smiled and took the next person.

“I order from this location often and absolutely love it! The staff always follow any requests I have and rarely make mistakes. When I have ordered from other locations, they never do it as good as this location. I will never cheat on this location again haha.“

“Not sure if true, but staff says last 3 years thighs are now cut in half. In fact true, I called KFC canada. It is for all locations thighs are now cut in half now. when I asked they said they've switched to a 12 cut which I guess means they cut the thighs in half and I don't know what else.“

“I ordered 1 chicken taco, 1 pork taco, and 1 beef taco (all mild); walked to a nearby park; and proceeded to demolish all 3 tacos in 8 minutes. Needless to say, they were very good.

Three and a half notes:
1. There were fries in the tacos (just enough to span the diameter of the tortilla- maybe 2-3 per taco). I preferred to just have the meat and toppings, so I picked them out and ate them separately. They were covered in the meat juices, which was delicious. It was as if I had ordered a side of fries with my tacos, lol.

2. Unbeknownst to me, ordering mild tacos meant that there was no spice in them whatsoever. For all I know, this is what mild usually means when referring to tacos, but since this was my first time, I was surprised. Next time (and there will be many Next Times), I'll be ordering spicy.
2.5. All three meats I ordered were stewed and then shredded, so they sat in a scrumptious juice. My pork and beef tacos' juices were simply savory, but the chicken's was slightly spicy and the meat was tinged with a lovely orange color. Just keep that in mind in comparison to the other meats.

3. I debated how many tacos I should order, since Google indicates most people spent $1-10 here, but 2 tacos seemed like a bit few to me for a whole meal. I followed my gut, ordered 3, and I am more than happy with that decision.

I just wish these came with salsas, but that's a non-issue, so I give these tacos 5 stars.“

“Loaded fries pocket is my favorite especially ones prepared by this particular Taco Bell.
Taco Bell is one of my son's favorite fast food restaurant.
We usually placed order through the Taco Bell app.
It probably wasn't the most friendly apps as my son complained re- entered the order.
But that didn't have anything to do with the restaurant.
I rated service by how soon they were to complete our order.
Birchmount and Ellesmere intersection was quite busy, posted some driving challenges for some folks.“
