I waited about 10 minute to receive my order, which I believe was very reasonable given the location being very busy. I observed the manager handle a drive thru order issue with courtesy and professional during this busy period while also treat other customers in the walk-in area with respect and courtesy. I thanked employees for their efforts on my order. When I reviewed my order it was 100% accurate. Kudos to the PEOPLE at the McKinley express location for their work this evening!

“We was in the buffalo area and was looking for a good pie. Figured we would check it out. Pizza was very good but the sauce was a little sweet for my liking. But if I was in the area again I would have it again.“

It's hard to find places open late for eating. I visited after my 2nd shift ended and got there around 1230am. Didn't get my food till about 10min 1am.“

“In town for hockey tournament at river works, ordered on a thursday night right before close as we got into town late and they were one of the only spots open. Sacrilege to order 30 min or less before close and yet when I arrived at 1150pm on a 0 degree night, the gentleman behind the counter greeted us and handed us our food, I apologized for the last minute order and thanked him for taking it. He was genuinely nice and thanked us for the order. I don't want to tell the owner how to run their business. I grew up in it and understand completely how it sounds, but bartending and serving most of my life to not have a tip option, it is just an option. I wouldnt be here without the generosity my dad's customers paid me so I would love to see this added. The food was amazing so much so we ordered again today and this time I brought extra cash to tip for the other night and today, and thanked the gentleman again for his service the other night. I lived in philly for 2 years tried all the best spots, Jim's is right up there with them if not better quality. I apologize I don't have pictures of the food, its because it was devoured by the time we got back to the hotel at lecom, we'll done Jim and most importantly the crew that makes it all go, we will definitely be back!“

“Jeff did an amazing job taking our orders. Friendliest person ever. He talked about the chikle after I ordered one and it was as he said amazing. He does a great job can't say that enough wish I could afford to tip. The food was amazing. Way better food and environment than taco bell. I wish we had one of these where we live.

“Food is decent. I mean for me it's an average steak sandwich. But again I'm from NYC so I'm pretty picky with things like this. Not the best I've had but definitely not the worse. What I did notice is that taste varies by location. This location is decent but not the best one I've eaten at. Best thing for me is they're usually pretty quick, in and out if you're using the drive thru. Staff is always friendly and the place seems well kept. Never too crowded and always space to dine in. They also have space to dine outside. I frequently go here.“

“Probably the best Jim's location. It's seats at the corner of Elmwood and Allen. Great food! I had the steak hoagie 8inch about $12..overflowing with meat. Worth every penny! Good atmosphere to seat and view the outside..Very clean ..bathrooms can be entered only with a lock code...Get your subs here!“

They must have been newer employees by the way she was addressing them, but I'm not used to hearing reprimands like that in front of customers. Sat down by the window and checked my phone, as staff prep orders and handled drive thru. Very smooth and steady ..but quiet.
I don't recall voices from staff. Very Clean

They Called my number and placed my bag on the counter. I got my bag
and drove home.

Home and sat.

Thought Taco's for dinner.

I miss Texas sometimes. Hummm.

I opened the first wrapper. Got a paper towel. I took it out of the wrapper and used a paper plate. 2nd one I put on plate still wrapped.

I ate two of the tacos. Wow...Juicy...

The deluxe items were fresh, crisp, clean. Excellent.

But then. I went and got the third one.
Hummm. Consumed them, slowly and just enjoyed the taste.“
