The Alley Reviews
not worth 1 cent, because the demon slayer drink i ordered tasted soooooooo sweet that just looking at it is enough to get diabetes. Disgusting
Whatever you want to order they always dont have. 😕 Many drinks to order in their menu but few drinks are always available. They should put it in their menu not available on their list so the customer will not wait and go in the long line 😣
How about honoring birthday drinks? I'm told by your Richmond Hill ON location you must buy a drink 7 days before your birthday to qualify for your birthday drink on the day of your birthday.

The Alley offers a diverse menu, including the popular "crunchy tiramisu," which provides a unique twist on the classic dessert. Many customers praise the overall texture and flavor of the tiramisu, even though some find the tapioca pearls less appealing. The restaurant's bubble tea selection, which features the Passionfruit Green Tea and Royal No. 9 Milk Tea, is well-received, though some think the drinks can be too sweet. Customers consistently appreciate the amazing customer service and the fast and efficient service, with drinks often made in under a minute. The Alley also has a rewards program that gives discounts on the Royal No. 9 series. Recently, the Alley introduced the spooky thai sip, which is delicious, though some prefer it a bit less sweet. The drinks from the Alley x My Hero Academia collection were well-liked, and the Thorn Princess's Berries Frappe and Twilight's Passionfruit Orange Soda were noted for their great flavors and cute sleeves. Although some found the regular drinks a little small, the overall atmosphere of the store is enjoyable. There have been some issues, such as drinks being forgotten, leading to a wait, and a leak in the ceiling, but the positive experiences often overshadow these concerns.
