“I visit this restaurant regularly and alternate between the same few items. The fries are hit or miss depending on the day. Sometimes they are very blonde and floppy and other times half of the fries have rot spots or just don't taste right. Staff is always great but sometimes the service can be slow, especially when there are idiots who order 23 things at the drive-thru.

Dietary restrictions: Vegan dining here is abysmal. II'm not sure when McDonald's is going to embrace a MODERN veggie burger considering they are one of the biggest chains in North America. AND NO, NOBODY WANTS A VEGETABLE PATTY FILLED WITH CORN AND PEAS!!!!“

“This has got to be by far the WORST customer service experience I have ever encountered. I ordered dinner for myself and my two kids, my order was 1 teen burger combo with coke , and 2 kids meals chicken strips with apple juice . Upon reaching my destination unloaded my kids and the food on a bench, I pulled out our order and to my surprise we were given the wrong kids meal drinks , we got 2 root beers. I went back and asked for the correct drinks and for the inconvenience of coming back I asked if I could have an apple pie. Upon reaching the window I was greeted by the manager who’s exact words were “I know you , you ordered 3 kids meals 1 apple juice and 2 root beers and you will not get an apple pie.” I showed her my meal to prove that I was not the person she claimed to know. The fact that I had to argue to receive my apple juices and was spoken to in such a disgusting and disrespectful manner has me appalled. I asked for her name, which she had torn off her name tag before I had spoken to her, she refused to give it to me.“

“The Bolton Harvey’s is always such a great spot! The staff here are super friendly and welcoming, and they really make sure your order is done right. The burgers are fresh and juicy, and I love how they always let you load up your toppings just the way you like. The restaurant is clean, the service is quick, and the food is always served hot.“

“I was met with kind courteous staff. It was very clean inside. Shawn and his staff delivered a great meal. It was hot, special order done right.
It’s Wednesday Aug 11, at noon.
I watched Shawn go out of his way to help a youth get the best bang for his buck.

“A cozy little place. It’s off a busy road so it can be difficult to get in and out of the parking lot if it’s a busy time of day. The food was great and the service was fast. I ordered a classic bacon, eggs, and home fries with toast, and they did it well. They had a good selection of jams and spreads to choose from.“

“On great reviews we decided to try Perfect Szn. We reserved a table for a party of 9. Celebrating both my parents 80th b/d and our grand daughters birthday. My folks were coming from out of town and had never met their great grand daughter so it was a very special celebration. Perfect Szn did not disappoint. They actually exceeded our expectations. Our meals were so fresh and delicious. A few of us had fries as our sides. Omg, the fries are to die for. With a touch of Perfect Szn seasoning is a must try. Our server Kristen was so friendly, patient, sweet and went above and beyond to make our experience great. You know when someone loves their job and it truly showed with her. “We stopped to grab some food on our way to Orillia for the folk fest. The manager was so kind, she gave my 3 year old a lollipop and asked after our baby. She even brought our food to our table. These small kindnesses mean a lot when it feels like the world is on fire. Thanks for taking the time to care for our little family.“

“second new restaurant in Bradford with poor customer service! So, my husband had a floater in his beer, they disagreed but reluctantly gave him a new beer. there was a beer and wine special, we were only told about the beer. I asked for flats only and was told no guarantee would probably get one or two drumsticks - I got two flats... (see photo). waitress said "oh sorry" . waste of 14.99 for 8 wings. my husband overheard the waitress tell the Manager and he said "oh don't worry about it they won't be back anyways". he is correct!!“

“Price is right and you get a lot of food and the peers come over to make sure your doing ok as well as the servers were very good“

“I've been going here 4 years as I have lived in Bolton for most of my life. I went about a month or so ago and had a very rude person at the drive-thru that took very long to get my food and was very rude when it was ordering my food and asking to scan code to redeem points. When I went a couple of weeks later it was a different person who was very nice and very friendly and was very satisfied with the change.“

Grabbed quick wings and a pint on our way through; wings were fresh and decent, flavours on offer are what you'd expect.
Service was friendly and bathrooms were clean, the most interesting thing imo is that this was originally a home for wayward girls 😄
Regret not ordering the Fish & Chips, they looked good!
