“So, I’m not from around here. Was in town for a concert but was staying at a motel just outside Simcoe. I’d gone here for a bite to eat and some drinks before the show and headed back down afterwards. They had some live music going, I believe his name was Shane. He played some great tunes. The bartender, Justine, was super friendly. Had some laughs with some locals who came in later on. It was time for me to take off when I asked Justine if she could call me a taxi. She kind of laughed and said “I’ll try…” I guess taxis aren’t very reliable around here. Anyways, she reached out to a friend of hers and he came and gave me a lift back to my motel. Very thankful for this, as it would have been a long cold walk. That level of service is not very common. Thank you!“

“This place feels like you teleported back in time when everything was simpler, food tasted better and cost much less. We really loved our breakfast here , best home fries ever and the eggs/sausage were cooked perfectly. 10/10 going back again in the morning
