“So we had stopped going here because we were disappointed over and over again. Then found out that it was UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT a few months back. We decided to give it a try again and it did not disappoint! We have been back a few times to see if it was consistant and it is. The food is a 1000% better and the owner is very kind and courteous!!! Support local!!!”

As a gluten sensitive person I never enjoy so much pastry choices and delicate flavor. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! It was our first visit to Smiths Falls and your great bakery, but surely it is not our last. Next time, I will make sure to buy extra to bring home with us.”

“Everytime I order pizza from this location pizza is what I get. Often there seems to be only one person working however Ive never had to wait exceedingly long. They have a variety of combo deals where you get pizza and other things with it. Facility looks a little rundown with parts of the building broken damaged or missing, however I will return. Also the dine in area of this restaurant is closed and has been for quite some time.”

“This is a great Harvey's, with some Swiss Chalet favourites, but not a proper sit-down Swiss Chalet.
I was just there at 7pm and got the last two quarter chicken dinners with a coupon. While waiting, the next customer to come in caused a scene, cursing and swearing at the very nice staff who handled it all very well. I am glad I was there at the right time to see him exposed. Some people don't know how to behave as a guest on another person's property, and I think he should be identified and banned for the sake of your staff and atmosphere of the establishment which I rate highly.”

The chicken was crispy and flavorful, just the way I like it. Definitely one of the best Popeyes locations I’ve been to!”

“I ordered through Tim Hortons app...horrible app..took over 3 hours to get my order. Was in contact with manager Jannett who rectified the situation completely! She made sure that when the dasher FINALLY went to pick up my order, my food was made FRESH and my coffee was still HOT when it arrived! They are a very busy location and the staff of Tim Hortons (not door dash) went above and beyond to make my frustrating experience better any way they could. Thank you Jannett and staff!
