“Discovered this hidden gem today in st. Catharines. Walked in to a delicious smelling spot. The lavender latte and cream cheese stuffed pretzel were a yummy morning treat. Wide variety of treats and drinks. The man behind the counter was welcoming, friendly, and patient while I decided what treats to get for me and the kids. Reasonable prices.“

“We have been picking up sourdough here weekly, they have a great number of options on the daily and special breads that come out as well. It's nice to find a real good crusty sourdough! My fiance loooooves their mini pecan pies, I loved there cruffins. We would pass on the cookies in the future as we prefer soft cookies and there crispy but that's more of a preference as the flavour was also great. All around a fantastic place.“

The staff were friendly, upbeat, and went out of their way to make me two fresh pretzels — the classic butter and salt. They came out warm, golden, and absolutely delicious! One of the staff at Caffe Gatti said she would deliver it personally as I was worried about the condition if it went through a delivery service. “Stopped at this location while visiting family in St. Catharines. I must say that being close friends with several franchise owners in Hamilton, and seeing the day in and out side of how stores run, as well as how customers and staff interact. I was extremely impressed with the service of this location considering that it was clearly their morning rush and they were getting slammed. Not once were any of the staff rude, or made me feel rushed, etc. They were all extremely professional and courteous, even asking if I needed anything else, while subtly trying to upsell the items of the month. I was especially impressed with the way the young lady that served me handled my order, and greeted me and every customer afterwards with a smile and upbeat positive attitude, very rarely do you see a student or young lady of that age that is clearly very respectful and professional, truly a credit to that stores owner and location. If I were corporate or up to me I would definitely reach out to this location and acknowledge this young lady’s positive representation of Tim Hortons and the quality and expectations the company expects from their employees, her name was Alyssa and as I have stated a credit to your company in all aspects. I will definitely be recommending this location to anyone I know passing through the area and this is all due to the exceptional service I received from this young lady. Great Job! Alyssa.
