“This is perhaps something so small and insignificant, but while ordering from this location one of the staff, I wish I knew her name, offered to fill up my personal water bottle with water and ice. This small act warmed my heart and damn near restored my faith in humanity. With so much hostility and anxiety around talking to people in everyday life, someone offering to go out of their way for someone, even in something as little as this, was so touching.“

“My family and I dined at the Niagara location yesterday night. I must say, the staff was very cooperative, speedy and extremely polite. They understood our circumstances and provided us with the best service possible. All the staff members put their all into the service, whether it was a cleaning duty, serving or making duty.
