“Me and my gf had a great time here. It’s quite a cozy place to spend time. They have a lot of vegetarian pizza options too. I personally liked the concept of converting the house into a dining place. The server was too friendly to talk. She even clicked us some pictures which I liked. I would recommend all of my close ones to enjoy a peaceful evening at this place.“

“I was waiting in the parking lot and while waiting I observed a man (owner mb) bring pizza out from the restaurant to a car with an elderly couple in it. They were surprised, it was a really nice gesture. As I waited I'd hear laughter and smell the food and I got a real sense of "family restaurant" so I decided to order.... all I can say is "WOW" the pizza was fresh, hot, perfectly cooked, sauced and topped! It was for me hands down the best pizza I have ever eaten! I wish I knew about Magic Pizza sooner! Thank you!“

“Alright. Let me tell you about the best customer service experience I've ever had. I ordered a pizza, half cheese and half ham. I waited about 20 minutes or so and while I was wondering why, I didn't ask. I didn't complain. I didn't display any negative energy. Finally, my pizza comes out..with a second pizza. The nice lady explained they accidentally made the first one wrong and so I could have the second one too. I was naturally very happy but to make it even better - they also gave me a coupon for a free large pizza for next time! These kind souls did this out of nothing more than having a pure heart. Also, the pizzas were delicious! 11/10 would absolutely recommend.“

“As a regular customer, I can confidently say they have the best pizza around. The crust is perfectly made, crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, making it a fantastic base for all their pies. If you're a meat lover, the Meat Lovers pizza is a real treat. But for me, nothing beats the Real Canadian pizza, featuring authentic Canadian bacon, mushrooms, and perfect crust.“

“For what you get for the price this place is fantastic. I've been here three times now and quality has been consistent. At Pizza Depot I'm able to get 2 large pizzas with over 6 toppings for less than $40. And the pizza is pretty decent tasting too and offers plant based pepperoni and select Indian-style toppings. It's the best price-quality balance I've seen these days from pizza stores around K-W. The service is pretty standard, nothing outstanding here and there's a little bit of seating inside similar to most other take-out joints.

My only gripe is that when you order online they offer an "easy on cheese" and I selected that on my most recent order but there was the same amount of cheese as a regular order. Again can't fault them for not being consistent but it would be nice to actually have an "easy on cheese" option. They did however provide well-done pizza as specified which was nice.

Vegetarian options: Lots of veggie toppings to choose from including plant-based pepperoni.

“Really good pizza – I especially enjoy the meateater, and the price is reasonable. Staff is friendly too.

My only complaint is that I enjoy getting just two slices and pop (which they do advertise on their window) but this isn't always available. One time when they didn't have any readily available, the employee told me a pizza would be fresh out in a few so I could wait and buy two slices from that, which was great. However, last time, I was simply told there's no slices, and that was it. It's a bit strange to not be able to get an advertised item.“

If you’re like me and don’t like the parmesan-oregano seasoning on the Big New Yorker, you have to call the customer service number to request they remove it because there is no option to request it on the website. My suggestion is have the website show all toppings so we can decide exactly how we want it without having to go through the hassle of calling customer service after we place our order.“

Today Nov 17th at around 1:30pm we came for a birthday pizza and the lady serving me was really nice!
She was happy to make my pizza with 7 toppings I requested and did so with a smile which made me feel very comfortable :)
She even wished me Happy Birthday and included a birthday card :)

“I'm a big fan of Pyramid Pizza. I used to order all the time in Elmira, glad there is one near me in Kitchener. Recently ordered 2lbs of wings and spring rolls. I love the breaded wings and they don't skimp on the sauce. The medium sauce this last time tasted more like vinegar than usual. Honey garlic was great as usual. Spring rolls seemed smaller than before, but they are always crunchy and taste great. Delivery was quick and the food was nice and hot!“

“My initial experience with this business was that it was just another pizza joint. However, yesterday’s experience changed that. I had ordered two pizzas, one of which was undercooked. I took back that pizza for it to be replaced with one that was cooked all the way through. The young lady at the counter was very polite and apologetic. “This is my favourite pizza place,and the best city pizza location. Food is always hot, tastes great, the they don't skimp on toppings. We ordered from the other location on king in waterloo twice and it was nothing like this place. This location is great and very consistent with their pizza. Love that they always give you loads of toppings. Unfortunately if you order delivery online and you're in between the 2 locations on king, you get stuck with the one at 238 king n which is super skimpy on toppings and no where near as good as this one. But if you call them, you can choose this one instead and have a much better experience.“

I was told between 45-60mins wait time for delivery which is normal for dinner time on a Saturday evening. The delivery driver (Fateh) came within 20mins. I was super surprised how fast and efficient he was. The pizza was hot, fresh and delicious. The slices are huge! I love that they include a dipping sauce for free. Fateh was professional and kind.
