Subway in St. Thomas

“I love eating here. The addition of the numbers gives more selection and ideas I wouldn’t have come up with on the build your own subs. I feel like they are well stocked. Other locations are frequently out of toppings. I feel bad when only one person is working tho. They get swamped. Last night I tried the cookies. So delicious. They offer seating if you want to dine in or take out if your on the run. The store itself is clean and well maintained.“

“Went in to subway around 1 am just to order some late night food as one does. There were three people ahead of me ordering some subs. They ended up making the order more complicated than it needed to be and freaked out on the kind man working yelling and screaming at him. At first i didn’t really understand what happened. but after these people FINALLY left, the man explained what happened. And then one of the three very rude customers came back in just to try and yell more claiming he knew the owner and is good friends with them (literally the oldest statement in the book when you’re in the wrong) This poor worker is doing his best and he still served me and my friends perfectly. They need to instate a rule where you are allowed to refuse service because this was ridiculous! Thank you to the man who served us and sorry you had to deal with that!“

“I made a mistake and the whole crew worked together to fix my error. I dealt specifically with Holly. A lot of times when a mistake is made by me the customer service isn’t great, but that was the opposite in this case. Holly was so friendly and she worked quickly and accurately. If I was in charge I would promote her to a leadership role because of how she handled my error. It really makes subway look good and I felt like a valued customer ??????“

“This subway is my favourite subway location I have ever been to. As a boy born in Toronto and has had access to multiple subways I can say that this is the best one. I would like to call myself a regular and the manager Safaa knows my order by heart. I hope to get a job here because all the workers had made my experience amazing every time! The food is never bad quality and the new renovations look beautiful and modern.“
