The person behind the counter was friendly offering service with a smile and attention. He made the sandwiches exactly how we wanted them and the taste was perfect. “Ever since Sunita Matia being made manager of this location it has been specifically clean, well stocked with various napkins and utensils for the customers.

Personally I will go to no other Subway locations in London now. This is it for me.
I have had my favourite subs in decades here, as the artistés behind the counter are well trainer well versed in the art of sandwich making and are most importantly not stingy with their sauces, this is one of the things I noticed from others before I found this location - therefore the infamous sauce ratio index was born. Thanks to Nathan on this occasion for preparing.

“I was waiting for the nearby walk-in clinic to open and needed to use a washroom, Subway. let me use their washroom, as a visually impaired / disabled senior citizen, I really appreciated that, and it goes a long way to showing how much they care for customers or potential customers. “Visited Wed June 17 for brunch/lunch takeout. This is a location I've been to in the past, but hadn't been in a while. I was really impressed by how fresh everything was. Not every Subway that I've been in has such fresh vegetables. The lettuce was perfect, I didn't see any brown or any old-looking lettuce like I've seen in a lot of other stores. Also, the store looked different than I remember. They moved the drink fridge out of the way, and put it against the other wall so now there's more space to line up and place your order. It makes the place seem bigger and brighter! The choc chip cookie was freshly baked as well. Excellent!“

“Subway is my go-to for that "healthy" cheat meal take away - but not all subways are the same!They LAYER EVERY TOMATO, every spinach leaf, every cheese slice+ olive perfectly instead of just throwing it in there like other places.being motivated to make every subway perfectly and neatly every day!? kudos to the staff!every time i order at the other stores on nights when they closed early- with the very first bite I regret not getting my order in this store instead on time.Thank you crew! “I remember a girl behind the counter started screaming as a hole appeared under her and sucked her into what appeared to be an endless void. The hole closed just as quickly as it opened, leaving hundreds of food court patrons utterly baffled and confused. “Look I love my university, but let me tell you I do not think the workers feel the same way. I cant help but laugh at this time that after class i went to go get a sub and the person behind the counter gave me the biggest death stare I have ever seen. Ill give you a break down of the interaction (this is serious by the way) Me: Hi there Worker: what do you want Me: Six inch sub please Worker *just stares at me as she cuts the bread and proceeds to say nothing* Me: Turkey please with swiss if i can? Worker: *Slams the turkey on the bread, one slice of cheese in the middle, drops it onto the cooking pan and puts it in the oven* Me: Oh sorry, can i have it not toasted? Worker: *Walks away to go on phone* The oven beeps, so the worker comes back and takes it out nicely and puts it on the counter Worker: *Stares at me* Me: oh i will have lettuce, tomato... Worker: *Grabs the lettuce and every other toping while not breaking eye contact, grips it so hard and slams it down onto the bread* I mean i dont mind because i look back at it and just laugh. They got my order right and everything but holy cow not even a smile it felt like i killed her cat that morning or something. So funny actually now that i think about it. Nothing else wrong, just slow. overall i like it 4/5 keep up the good work.“

“It was one of my favorite place to eat lunch. So friendly staff. They remember what I order ( I will stand in que, at my turn, my will be prepared automatically). The awesome thing, that the guy who prepare bread, will change his gloves (food serving) before to prepare my order. He is awesome.....“

“The food is always delicious and fresh here. Even if there's a line, it goes by quickly. Typically it's the same girl working and she's very nice and has good service. I will order my food to go but there is a small eating area. The downside is that the bathroom has had an out of order sign since covid time. I don't actually think the bathroom is out of order, perhaps the owner just doesn't want people to use it. Either way if it is out of order, it's been that way for at least 3 years now.“

“I go to this location regularly and the staff is amazing! Drew is usually the one that helps and he is really good at his job. He remembers my order clearly and ensures everything is done the way I like. Their bread and produce is always fresh which is a huge plus. Kudos to Drew and the team for doing such a great job every single time.“

“One of the best subways I have ever been to. I stopped in on my lunch break and was immediately greeted by the nice man behind the counter. I also immediately took note of how clean and tidy the interior was. While making my sandwich the worker was friendly and had wonderful customer service. He even asked if I would be stopping in again tomorrow which made me chuckle. The most notable reasons for why I am making this review is the fact that all the ingredients looked fresh and well presented and again how CLEAN the everything was. It was probably the cleanest fast food place I’ve been in. I will definitely be back“
