“I was the only customer in the store, 9pm ish on a Tuesday. The employee who took my order made a foot long when I asked for a 6". I didn't realize til he'd started making it so I thought well that's alright then I guess I'll get a foot long, save some for later maybe offer the other half to someone who looks or seems hungry. But the guy making my sandwich was in a different dimension or on some other planet because I had to constantly repeat myself. I had to stop him from adding cucumbers that I didn't ask for.“

“The only thing that "lost" this location stars is the fact that I wanted the smallest size of sub.I am on a Dr prescribed diet. If I had to eat the full 6" I may end up in the hospital.The employee seemed to be making fun of the fact that I wanted the truly most small sandwich possible.I felt ridiculed for the simple fact that I medically need a small serving.“

“Supervisor named Colwin is AMAZING. He was working alone and still made sure our food was served quickly. My moms a vegetarian and he went above and beyond to make sure there was no meat cross contamination. He was friendly, fast and made nice conversation. I’d come back just for him :)“

“Went there for lunch and it was a little cold with the entrance way door opening and closing so much during the lunch hour as there is a high school right next door. Everything else is great but also because of the demographic of the area they do not allow you to use the restroom. Other than those 2 things this subway is fine.“

“Good subway. They make what you ask well and don't skimp out on the toppings like I have seen others do. Place is clean. Only reason why I don't give it 5 is because the machine always asks for a tip. Don't know if that is the fault of the franchise or the business.“

They said that they already made it but that it was no problem to make the correct sub. This was so appreciated.“

“We ordered the classic party platter for yesterday. We went in night before to price options out. The staff were so helpful in helping us decide what was best for our needs. Had it ready for pick up 2 hours later. We went with larger platter thinking there would be leftovers. Well it was such a hit there wasn’t any lol. Priced worked out to about $5 per person. “This review goes out to my Sandwich artist today, Matt. Matt knows how to make a sub. Perfect hinge cut. Pro at putting toppings on and he even kept everything out of the hinge so it would close. Not too many veggies. Not too little. And sauce wasn't oozing out when I ate it. Matt, I'm only ordering when you're on shift. Keep up the good work man.“

“Look I love my university, but let me tell you I do not think the workers feel the same way. I cant help but laugh at this time that after class i went to go get a sub and the person behind the counter gave me the biggest death stare I have ever seen. Ill give you a break down of the interaction (this is serious by the way) Me: Hi there Worker: what do you want Me: Six inch sub please Worker *just stares at me as she cuts the bread and proceeds to say nothing* Me: Turkey please with swiss if i can? Worker: *Slams the turkey on the bread, one slice of cheese in the middle, drops it onto the cooking pan and puts it in the oven* Me: Oh sorry, can i have it not toasted? Worker: *Walks away to go on phone* The oven beeps, so the worker comes back and takes it out nicely and puts it on the counter Worker: *Stares at me* Me: oh i will have lettuce, tomato... Worker: *Grabs the lettuce and every other toping while not breaking eye contact, grips it so hard and slams it down onto the bread* I mean i dont mind because i look back at it and just laugh. They got my order right and everything but holy cow not even a smile it felt like i killed her cat that morning or something. So funny actually now that i think about it. Nothing else wrong, just slow. overall i like it 4/5 keep up the good work.“

“Best subway I’ve been to. It was very clean, no crumbs everywhere like most subways which is great if you have celiac disease. The girl who made my sub was great, she asked if it was a gluten allergy, changed her gloves without me asking, asked if I’d like my sandwich cut and told me she had a clean knife.“

“Its been a long time since I got a sandwich with fresh bread!! For the most part, I've received stale bread even though I've made a point to ask for fresh bread. Because most people like their sandwich toasted, they can get away with using stale bread!! I for one do not like my sandwiches toasted and that's why fresh bread is important to me. I mean who wants to eat a crumbly sandwich because that's what you'll get when the bread is stale! So a big thank you to this subway location for making me a great sandwich with fresh bread!! Now this location is fresh obsessed!!“

“This is the only subway that I will go to. The staff are always so friendly and extremely efficient while making orders. My children refuse to eat any of my cooking because it fails in comparison to the delicious food we get from this location. Everyone that I’ve talked to has agreed that this is the best subway in London, perhaps even the best in the country. Jini and Zeel put a smile on my face every time I go in because I know I’m getting a fresh sub prepped in a timely manor. Also, always a clean environment. Never a negative experience going here in the last 5+ years!“

“I never have a problem with ordering a beef sub at any Subway. I always ask the sandwich maker to hold the dressing or it will be too soggy to enjoy at home. They always listen and make it the way I like it with lettuce, tomato and olives added. I've heard some people complain but I stick to the same beef sub each and every time and never have an issue.“

We dined in. I visit a Subway for a reliable lunch. So, I typically order "whatever's cheap and low-calorie, please make it a combo."Today, I noticed new menu items crowding the arguably overfilled menu boards. Let's face it, Subway's menu is too crowded and seems like a "throw everything at the wall to see what sticks" strategy. I can't imagine owning a franchise and being asked to support product-line extensions that seem ever harder to integrate to the core offering (pasta? wings? are we trying to be Boston Pizza??!?).But when I saw the Rice Bowls, I thought this makes sense in terms of menu expansion and variety. They might appeal to the changing (more Asian) Canadian demographic, will be enjoyed by most anyone (as opposed to, say Kimchi, which is an acquired taste, yes, I'm in), and extends nicely from the core product line. And, maybe this will spark salad innovation which seems a missed opportunity on the existing menu.So, I had to try. I ordered the Chicken Teriyaki rice bowl topped with a salad's worth of veggies and a dollop of smashed avo. Delicious. I think this is a winning menu concept. I'd give the visit and the meal five stars, but the combo offerings don't make sense for a rice bowl...can I just get a discounted fountain drink? I don't need the chips. Four stars.“

“I remember a girl behind the counter started screaming as a hole appeared under her and sucked her into what appeared to be an endless void. The hole closed just as quickly as it opened, leaving hundreds of food court patrons utterly baffled and confused. After turning back to the man behind the counter, he told me "don't worry that just happens sometimes".My fav is the pizza sub!!! 5/5.“

“It was one of my favorite place to eat lunch. So friendly staff. They remember what I order ( I will stand in que, at my turn, my will be prepared automatically). The awesome thing, that the guy who prepare bread, will change his gloves (food serving) before to prepare my order. He is awesome.....“
