The person behind the counter was friendly offering service with a smile and attention. He made the sandwiches exactly how we wanted them and the taste was perfect. “Around noon on Thursday, June 25, 2026, I ate a 6inch smashed turkey & avocado no cheese sub on a 6inch gluten-free bun at this location. I would like to thank the very kind gentleman who served me as he was most attentive to my gluten-free health needs as he was very careful and made no fuss about changing gloves and knife so as to save me from as little gluten cross contamination as is possible in such a setting. There are relatively few places I can safely eat so consequently, I eat out only rarely so I can't tell you what a relief it is for me to have someone care enough and all done with a smile to boot:-) Thank you sir, thank you so very much!!!! “This is our favourite Subway location in London. There is always easy parking, it is always very clean and quiet dine-in atmosphere and the staff are polite and friendly. Despite it not being the closest to our house, we often drive a few extra blocks to eat here instead on other Subway locations.“

“Visited Wed June 17 for brunch/lunch takeout. This is a location I've been to in the past, but hadn't been in a while. I was really impressed by how fresh everything was. Not every Subway that I've been in has such fresh vegetables. The lettuce was perfect, I didn't see any brown or any old-looking lettuce like I've seen in a lot of other stores. Also, the store looked different than I remember. They moved the drink fridge out of the way, and put it against the other wall so now there's more space to line up and place your order. It makes the place seem bigger and brighter! The choc chip cookie was freshly baked as well. Excellent!“

“I Love this Subway location!!! The staff is always happy and working hard. I was fortunate enough to meet Shafaa last night!!! I show up during the dinner rush and Shafaa and her team member had EIGHT SANDWICHES on the go!
So I settle in to wait. Its very clean, bright, and has plenty of parking. Shafaa was set up to make my sandwich in no time!
I always get everything on a cold cut combo. Along with 4 sauces (since they added Ruffles all dressed sauce 😋)
I always feel bad because they are difficult to close. I have worked every restaurant position and Shafaa would be a great Sous Chef. Some people just don't handle knives well. Shafaa pushed all my toppings in with the side of the blade. Closed it quickly and wrapped it up tight. When I unwrapped it I'm not a single topping or any sauce came out. Well done!!!
Thanks again Shafaa! See you next time. The sandwich was excellent.

P.S. While I was taking my pictures the gentleman inside the subway there was an absolute jerk. Shafaa never quit smiling and nodding and staying positive. I almost went back in to speak to the gentleman. Shafaa had it well under control, so I stayed out of it. Once again, great job all around. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼“

“Ever since Sunita Matia being made manager of this location it has been specifically clean, well stocked with various napkins and utensils for the customers.

Personally I will go to no other Subway locations in London now. This is it for me.
I have had my favourite subs in decades here, as the artistés behind the counter are well trainer well versed in the art of sandwich making and are most importantly not stingy with their sauces, this is one of the things I noticed from others before I found this location - therefore the infamous sauce ratio index was born. Thanks to Nathan on this occasion for preparing.

“I had a great experience at Subway on Sunday because of Harman. She made my sandwich amazingly well, and her attitude towards customers was so friendly and welcoming. Even though there were several customers, including an elderly lady who was taking extra time with her order, Harman stayed very patient, respectful, and kind. She made the environment feel comfortable and familiar. I would definitely love to come back again if she is there because her service was excellent.“

“On July 9th at around 10:30 p.m., I visited this Subway and had a great experience! The gentlemen who greeted me and made my sandwich was incredibly welcoming and had such a positive energy. He was patient while I decided what I wanted, made my sandwich very quickly, and was clearly efficient and experienced.

I felt very comfortable visiting this location later in the evening. The restaurant was very clean, and I was able to get in and out quickly without feeling rushed.

The food was great, and I also tried one of the new butter tart mini cookies. In my opinion, it was a little too sweet, but everything else was excellent!

I highly recommend this location. The employees are fantastic, the service is welcoming and efficient, and the food is consistently great—made exactly how I would make it if I were behind the counter!“

“The food is always delicious and fresh here. Even if there's a line, it goes by quickly. Typically it's the same girl working and she's very nice and has good service. I will order my food to go but there is a small eating area. The downside is that the bathroom has had an out of order sign since covid time. I don't actually think the bathroom is out of order, perhaps the owner just doesn't want people to use it. Either way if it is out of order, it's been that way for at least 3 years now.“

“Had an amazing experience at this location. Me and my friends frequently visit subway and as such have visited multiple locations around london. This was no doubt one of our best experiences. Manpreet the lady working then, was really calm and patient. There were around 4 people in the line and yet when our turn came she calmly listened to our request and made the veg and non veg subs separately. She was patient and polite throughout as she made our sub and not once did we feel disrespected or dismissed. She calmly went through the whole queue and patiently billed everyone out. I was honestly quite impressed cause in similar situations and sometimes even in empty stores they treat customers like we are wasting there time but here I felt valued. And over all the sub was made perfectly. Exactly enough vegetables and sauces that I didn't think it was empty but also enough that it wasn't spilling all over me. Overall I really think she did an amazing job! Definitely will be returning to this branch!“
