“Food is amazing, prices are good, and the owner is the absolute best. I had my 3 year old with me. He took her over and let her pick out any ice cream she wanted (on the house). Had her sitting up on the counter. She was just delighted. It was an overall great experience and I would recommend Papa Sams to anyone looking for a good meal and even better conversation.“
