“This is a very homey vegan spot that’s been built with pieces of pubs from Hamilton’s past. We stopped in on a stormy evening and tried the Reuben sandwich, chick’n parm, and some peanut butter Nanaimo bars (all excellent). The owner was very welcoming and friendly. Wonderful date night!“

“Atmosphere is great, service was very very good and pleasant. Live band on Sunday evening wasnt too loud, was just right and a wide variety of music. Food was amazing, wife had Haddock and said it was great, I had english curry with chicken and was excellent.“

“This pub is a great find, surprisingly large inside and patio seating also available. Staff were all really friendly. Everything we ordered was delicious and nicely presented. Good selection of drinks. I highly recommend this place!

“Our party of four went today we all had different items and everybody LOVED their lunch. We will certainly return. Highly recommend both the cheesy pull apart appetizer and the sticky toffee cuppa dessert!!“
“Was there for the first time tonight! The bar was all dressed up for Halloween! Saw the Hammer Tones and the vibe was so cool!! The service was really good and very attentive! It was actually much bigger than what I thought it was! I would recommend it as a neighborhood bar!“

“Crooksy’s is a true gem. Everything you could want from a neighbourhood pub. Great food, incredible prices (especially if you stick to weekly specials), fun and quality staff. Crooksy’s is the kind of place you can walk into by yourself and walk out with 3 new friends. If you haven’t tried the wings, you should!!“
