“What a place, what an vibe! It's cozy and the people are just lovely to no end. I loved chatting with them for hours and learning about the bar. The furniture is all repurposed and has a lived-in feeling to it. And there's so many different beers there. And everything is local. I wish you all a lot of success!“

“I’ve been wanting to try Bernie’s for sometime now and I’m sure glad I got to today. The ambiance was a delight, the kitchen was busy with takeaway orders right when they opened and the bartender was nice. My pint of beer was nice and cold and my club sandwich was over the top awesome and left me feeling full. My girlfriend enjoyed the burger — which the beef patty looked house made- and my Caesar salad was made with fresh crunchy lettuce! We’ll definitely be back for more! Cheers!“

“I can’t honestly comment about the food or drinks because I didn’t try any. But I can tell you that while I was there, I met one of the newer owners Joanne. I can tell that she puts her heart & soul into this place & works hard to make it a safe, and friendly environment.
I face painted at an event on their patio (hired by someone else holding an event). I had the opportunity to spend several hours on site & chatted with her & her staff. They were all so nice and welcoming. 🙏🏼💜.
I’m not an experienced bar patron so I can’t give feedback from that perspective, but I can tell you that the people behind the scenes making it happen are solid & hardworking & that tells me a lot.
