Just a bad experience - pre-ordered and paid on the app. We arrived for pickup and nothing was done, we were told they were waiting on bread. No problem. Turns out they still didn’t have the bread we ordered. Not a huge deal. We’d ordered two combos with each having 2 cookies. They were never put aside and were sold to the next people who came in, who bought the rest of the cookies in the store. Did a curbside order for 6:25. Got there on the dot and hit the “I’m here” button. Long story short I waited ten mins and saw the worker changing garbages and closing the counters so I went in and had to pick up my order. When I got home the order was totally wrong, I had two exact subs when I ordered two custom subs. This was terrible service
