I need to give my positive review - we had an exceptional experience from the ease with putting our names on the waitlist online, to the INCREDIBLE service we received from Jeff to the delicious food we all left with full tummies and smiles on our faces. In a day and age when it seems like customer service is declining it was refreshing to have such a fantastic experience. Thank your Jeff and the staff at Firehall!!!“

“My wife and I came to Rusty's to try the Pitmaster Platter that was recommended to us. When we first sat down, we were told that the platter was not available as they were switching to the shoulder/off-season. However, when they heard that the Platter was what drew us to Rusty's, the manager came to our table and told us that the Chef would be happy to make it for us. We were very grateful, and holy moly, were we blown away! The Platter was AMAZING. We couldn't even finish it all and had to take some home. Shout out to our server, Vishnu, who was friendly and attentive. All around, a great experience an,d we'll definitely be back!“
