Longtime customer. Enjoy/ed coming to Nino's for the hot table and cookies (and gelato on the patio in summer :). However, yesterday service was surprisingly bad - particularly from the coffee bar. The servers were rude and it negatively impacted our visit so much that even the food and ambiance wasn't the same. We had hit drinks, pastries and bought groceries- and left asap. Not sure what's happening with wait-staff, but we missed the old crew and hope the Nino's team gets back...read full review
The STAFF ARE GREAT !!! THEY SERVE YOU WITH A SMILE AND ARE PATIENT!!!Sadly the coffee isn't as high quality as it once was. The Angel cookies ( CHIACHIERE ) were flavorless of flavouring. All you could taste was the old pork fat used. ? I WAS SICK FOR TWO DAYS!!! ? No Anice, Almond, Lemon, Peppermint extract was added as is the custom. ??? The Pastries were good though?

Food did not taste like authentic Italian food. Red sauce wasn’t good at all and arancini were not fresh or tasty.Also be aware if you pay with debit you will get a service charge on you bill. This is illegal by the way.
