“1-Follow up on reservations for my party by the restaurant hours ahead-and seating location was as requested.Notified we had two for service that day -Catt /Makayla .2-Informed both-we were catching up our once a month chit/chat and they informed us of the menus - etc —choices were made on our part with both of them checking on our various selections and keeping things flowing all the time.-questions of changing salad dressings with our selections-just one of the changes after that a few more but never gave the suggestion to us that it was any problem.-Several times we were asked how are things going-was there any thing we did not have or do we wish to change anything that was just not what we thought we were Ordering from the menus. We said no and they said enjoy your time .We did and again we left knowing that is a place in Barrie you might wanted to add to seek and find list of where to eat in Barrie,Ontario soon.“

Parking: I don’t know where it is but it’s across from Georgian Mall, and it has delicious food

“Amazing place to go to for solo vacations. Staff are very friendly and accommodating to your needs. Having a jacuzzi in the rooms is just fantastic. Food was great. Definitely will return soon.“

“The other day It was my first time eating here, my haddok dinner meal was very good and I ordered the country fried steak for my lunch the next day. Both meals were very good in taste and size. Great service and great food!!!! I will be back again.“

“Eggs Benedict was amazing & the shredded hashbrowns were perfectly golden...the sauce was buttery & creamy with a wonderful flavor. This was my experience the 1st visit. Since then, I have been back twice & my poached eggs were overcooked both vists... There must be different employees in the kitchen. I suggest a timer for the poached eggs in the kitchen if the staff are new to a commercial kitchen. I asked for soft & I got served well done. The second time the manager gave me a discount.
This location was reasonably clean; the window area (wood) was not cleaned in quite some time.
Prime rib Benny is also great with fresh peppers & hollandaise sauce (great tasting sauce).
All American breakfast was also delicious & the coffee had nice fresh flavor.
Beautiful prints adore the walls & the location is well lite.
This location appeared well staffed for a busy morning breakfast. This made for little waiting time before we were seated. Reasonable time to be served our meal from the kitchen after ordering.
Overall, the food & decor is why I gave a 5 star rating.“

“We were so incredibly pleased with our stop at this location. We called in advance as we were showing up close to closing time from a road trip, and they were kind enough to be kind about it and accept us.
When we were having trouble ordering, instead of upselling us, Diane was honest enough to suggest a single combo upgrade so my wife and I could share and save us that cash. Although it was more than clear we were pressed for time, Diane never made us feel unwelcome or burdensome. She was professional and kind throughout our multiple interactions.
The food arrived promptly, and was very delicious. We got the roast beef dinner, which tasted so great. I wish the mashed potatoes were a little creamier and the bun not so hard, but everything was great. We finished the food promptly. It's interesting that I read a review that mentioned a watered down drink, because our ginger ale did taste a bit watery.
When our meal was still not done past closing, we were again not made to feel burdensome, unwelcome, or uncomfortable. I believe there were two managers at the back that we thanked and gave good feedback to and now this positive review! We actually hadn't been to Swiss Chalet in a very long time, and this has been a pleasant and welcome surprise, and maybe we'll start visiting more often closer to home“

“My husband and I took our three young children to this Swiss Chalet for dinner. The service was quick, the food was so good and the staff were very accommodating. Taking 3 kids under 5 years of age out to a restaurant can some times have its challenges but the staff made it an enjoyable experience with quick, kind service and the kids loved picking a small toy at the end of the meal.“

“If I was taking a walk with plenty of people nearby, saw a Popeyes box in the trash, opened it and lying in it was a cold piece of Popeyes chicken. Well... I would most likely still DEVOUR it and then satisfy my cravings by going to Popeyes. I would then proceed to spend the rest of the Christmas money my grandma gave me on their juicy, delicious, crispy piece of chicken that died for my rumbling stomach. And I think most sane people feel this way about this Southern USA based fast food place. Please don't miss out on life and DO try Popeyes, whether it's your friends leftover take out or a meal you actually bought yourself. You'll LOVE it!“

“Customer service provided by lela and Jorja was too good. We were 4 people and we went there around 9:30pm. We gave huge order. Food was too tasty and service was very fast and incredible. They both were very good and its clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority here..“
