“Tried the location based on a classmates recomendation. Fell in love woth the strawberry green tea. The staff both times ive been have been very friendly professional and pleasant to interact with. Pricing is also reasonable but i recomend giving them a try!“

“We’ve been regulars at Presotea for the last 3 years or so, and honestly, Alexis and Maria are a huge part of why we keep coming back. Their customer service is more than exceptional.
They always remember our orders (which still amazes us), and they’re incredibly patient and accommodating whenever we have customizations. No matter how specific the request, they handle it with a smile and make it easy.
What really sets them apart is how they treat people. They always take the time to chat with us and genuinely connect. They’re friendly, polite, and just really great to make quick chatter with. It never feels rushed or transactional.
On top of that, they’re hard workers, fast, efficient, and they keep the store spotless. In the three years we’ve been coming here, we’ve honestly had zero complaints as we've only seen pure consistency.

The person behind the counter was friendly but she looked very overwhelmed, and was possibly the only one there? That's typically a sign of not so great management from experience and they probably need to hire more people so an entire evening's worth of guests isn't the responsibility of one stressed employee.“

“I ordered 3 milk teas on Monday night via Uber eats, usually it takes about 15 minutes but tonight it took about 45 minutes to receive the food. But I am happier than ever. I was very surprised to receive the order with this message. I appreciate this service attitude, I like how you left a sweet message. Although I don't know who you are, you are doing a great job and wish you all the best! Besides, the drinks are delicious and will always support CoCo.“

“This is a real fun boba place, my kid loves the interactive ordering screen and the taste of their mango pineapple slushy and ice crush passion fruit is the best. We have brought friends there and theyloved it . My only suggestions is for the girls working there that are sometimes super friendly and other time act a bit like you are bothering them , especially one doing the closing shift if you get there after 8.30 pm . Stay friendly and welcoming please 🩷 We all run on super busy schedules and sometimes 8.30 pm , 8.45 pm or so is the time we can make.it to our favorite boba shop.🤩“

“I ordered takeout from Uber Eats, and the scrambled eggs with tomatoes were spoiled. The other braised lion head rice bowl also had some scrambled eggs with tomatoes, which was also spoiled. Both portions were inedible. That's outrageous. Let’s not talk about whether you will have diarrhea after eating it. It is outrageous that it is served hot and spoiled. I didn't know how many days it was left in the microwave, and then it was delivered directly after being microwaved, right?“
