“Been here years ago and the burger is bit smaller now but still so delicious. 1 washroom for women and 1 for men so it has line. Went there around 2 pm on saturday and still busy. Friendly staffs and amazing customer service.

Nick went above and beyond and educated me on the different cuts of meats, what percentages to use and tips and tricks and made sure I got the best of the best. When I picked up everything Joe treated me like family and was very helpful and friendly and also gave me some more education. It's awesome to see two people take so much pride and passion in what they do and treating customers like family. Also, on my way into the store I stopped by the bakery department (like the elf I am LOL) and spoke with the bakery person who was amazing (sorry, didnt get her name, older lady with glasses-very friendly). She educated me on ALL of the sweets and baked goods, how much pride/passion they take in their in house baking goods and also the specialty items from Germany and Italy etc. WOW! “On Nov 15th after seeing my friends show, I made a mistake In assuming me and my friend could make It home without the assistance of our phones, because they had no charge due to my neglect and preparation. After stopping at a gas station and purchasing a charger to use In the car, me and my friend considered this solution may not be quick enough. So we tried to find a business that was open, and we arrived here to ask for directions. I was presumably visibly upset to the workers at the time when I asked for directions home, they acted quickly In giving us directions home, and letting me charge my phone with one employee's personal fast charger. I had offered them 10$ since we didn't Intend to buy anything, but they refused. I got an assorted sandwhich for around $8. The bun was nice and fresh, the meat sliced on the spot, and it had a great selection of meat.
Vegetables were nice and fresh, crisp lettuce .

Overall, great sandwhich! Only thing to make it better would be slightly more meat, but I’d definitely consider paying for double meat next time . 8.7/10“

“I frequently pass by there and never miss to have a coffee. I love the coffee, I’m originally German and I know what I’m talking about. The pastries are exceptional and the cakes beautiful. I always order an almondine tart and it’s to die for. The price is good too. Cappuccino and pastry $7 which is very reasonable for NOTL.“
