“Absolutely fantastic experience at Osmows Shawarma! This is hands down the best osmoses in Thunder Bay. The flavors are incredible—the shawarma is perfectly spiced and cooked to perfection. The fresh ingredients really stand out, and the variety of sauces adds a delicious twist. A special shoutout to Farhims for her outstanding customer service; she made the visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommend trying their signature dishes! A must-visit for shawarma lovers!“

“A local favourite lunch spot. NYS has excellent food and great service. I usually just stick with the subs and pizza, both of which are excellent.
Hours are limited, but they're fast and friendly. Highly recommended.
Parking: Meter street parking, but I've never had an issue with finding a spot.“

“I don’t live inTBay, but have roots here. Never been to a Firehouse Subs. Went today and had a great experience! Ordered a Montreal Smoked Meat and asked for a pickle bucket. She went above and beyond to get me a bucket. Not sure exactly how, but she found me in the dining room(mid sub) and said she has a bucket! The sandwich was excellent (as well as the pickle) My only complaint which I can live with is my vehicle smells like dill pickles from the bucket! A1!“

“Highly recommend this restaurant! Only had take out (haven't dined in), but the food is delicious, they are on top of adhering to allergies (no cross contamination), and the food is delicious and big portions for a fair price! The chicken teriyaki on the kids menu is so good - my child and I both love it and such a big portion we can share it! Definitely one of my favourite restaurants!“

“The biggest thing I want to share here is that we left a wallet at this facility. It had a fair amount of cash in it. It was 5 hrs later that we discovered it. We called and they had already secured it in their office. It was a week later till we were able to get friends of ours to pick it up. All the contents were still in it.“

“I just tried the chicken biriyani for the first time and the dish is soooo good! I’m so happy with my order, love the naan, and the spice level is perfect! Also, Tikka Chance on Me has always been my favourite dish… thank you so much for the great service and food! 🫶🏻“

“I try to stay away from fast food. I ordered small decaf with one honey today. They brewed new pot so I waited a bit. Then the employee forgot my order. I waited 4-5minutes. But then the employee gave me large decaf with two honey 🙂. Forgot to get her name but she made my day. Thanks for decaf.“

“The chicken plant based burger had a ton of flavor even though I asked for non spicy it was really good also there popcorn chicken but everything else the bone in chicken lacked flavor and the fries the seasoning wasnt that great and the corn was also tasteless but good customer service they had patience with me looking over the whole menu and giving me options thank you guys?“

“I always love the food here. Only problem i had was the fruit flies. They were alot and they were even attacking me and my drink. Lots of fruit flies around the pop/soda machine. Please make sure its being cleaned and maintained regularly. Even my soda tasted off.“

“Came to this location for the first time. Well done! The quality of the food is excellent, and the place has a fresh and nostalgic neo retro ambiance. In an age when companies become more calloused to customer satisfaction, when an established business actually does something this pleasant and customer focused, it has to be recognized, and rewarded.“

“It was the first time experiencing this restaurant. I ordered 5 chicken tenders and was pleasantly surprised with the size of the chicken tenders. Overall it was a great experience with great tasting food. I plan on returning in the near future. Thank you“
