Fukui Sushi offers good food and very good service. The food is fresh, with dishes such as steaming hot edamame with fresh sea salt, and delicious black dragon rolls. The presentation is wonderful, and the service is attentive. The menu is limited, but the chef's daily specials are worth trying. Prices are reasonable, and the surroundings are pleasant.
