Service is super quick, immediate, and fast even on busy Saturdays, with staff members who are super friendly, very social, and happy to serve with smiles. The place is consistently good. Some find the sandwiches pre-made with a bland bun, and the honey mustard can have little flavour. The coffee has been described as very watery with no flavour. Despite this, it is a highly recommended spot, and for many, it is the first stop when back in Toronto.
