The customer service at this location has improved so much. On my recent visits, I was impressed by the new staff and their hospitality. One staff member especially stood out with her unforgettable smile, kindness, and humble attitude — she made the experience even better than the food itself. I went again today, and while the food and promotions were good, I didn’t see her(dark skin girl). Hospitality like hers truly adds more value than the food. “I'm very glad this location is here. Great food, friendly staff. I marked the atmosphere 5 despite the lack of seating because giving it it a low rating due to this fact isnt warranted.

I love the chicken and the taters are to die for and both reheat in the oven quite well. The coleslaw is like what you get in a pub and not that green mush like the other guys give you (I don't recommend heating that in an oven though).

Also, Canadian owned and operated. What's not to like about that?“

“The food was good, extremely oily but served hot and fresh. It’s a must try once. The restaurant was very lacking though no proper tissues on table and table tops werent clean either. I did dine in and then took some home too. The bottom of my box that my food was served in started to give away while I was eating in store and you could see from residue on the table that it happens a lot so maybe the restaurant should start serving in actual plates. Also packing for my takeaway SO bad the bag started to leak oil on the bottom. Please switch to plastic boxes your oil food and paper boxes are a bad combo!“

“Not a bad location. Initially they were hit or miss and would prefer to go to bloor location but that’s changed. Portion size is a bit less for sides with normal meals here so I buy boxes of fries instead. This was a few weeks back but I remember eating every morsel and finishing my dinner in one sitting. The order prioritization was completely arbitrary and did not seem to prioritize order simplicity or order number. The couple that ordered after me had the same order and were served first. In addition, the lady at the cash was unproductive and was not tending to customers visibly waiting in line to order. The store is rather cramped with a poor layout.“

“This place had one cashier and one cook at the back. So busy at the time i went. The man at the front had to take orders and pack food for orders while running around to grab things in the back. He remained calm without being angry when people were waiting a long time. It would of been better to have two people to manage at dinner but who knew it gets busy and the ttc kicked all of us out of the subway due to track injuries so we all got out to find some food for dinner instead of waiting in the rain outside. It was the longest wait for my mobile order at popeyes. I never ordered in advance online until that time.“
