“After a stressful week, my partner and I walked in without expecting much from a fast food restaurant, but Aidan completely turned our day around.

From the moment we walked in, he welcomed us with genuine warmth and enthusiasm. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the entire menu, patiently walking us through the different options, answering all of our questions with confidence, and helping us decide without making us feel rushed. You could tell he actually knew the products and cared about making sure we had a great experience.

It was also a really hot day outside, and even though we had already ordered drinks, he thoughtfully offered us complimentary cups of water as well. It’s a small gesture, but it showed that he genuinely cared about his customers’ comfort rather than just doing the bare minimum. That level of hospitality is rare these days.

What impressed me even more was seeing him cleaning underneath the garbage bins. Most people clean around them, but he was making sure every corner was spotless. This is, without a doubt, the cleanest fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. It honestly felt as clean as a hospital. Seeing someone take so much pride in their work brings me genuine joy because I try to approach my own work the same way.

Aidan’s customer service wasn’t scripted or robotic. He was friendly, attentive, professional, and authentic. Employees like him are the reason customers come back.

I highly recommend this place.

“Very delicious and big servings. A bit pricey but given the quality of the chicken; I am OK with that. Drinks should have at least been included in the combos. Seating and atmosphere OK but not spectacular. Service was fine but the server at the front had to keep asking us multiple questions that should have been obvious. Such as how many forks we needed with 4 meals lol.“

Anyhow I chose this location because the girl here was nice to me before. I wanted to see her again she said she was from north India. This time around she decided to stay in the office and send some random guy out to service me (the same one who can't figure out what a daily special is). Even though I sat there and ate my wings she never once came out as though she was scorning. At first I thought she set him up to piss me off then I realized it was most likely karma the guy at the grocery store charged me 25 cents less than he should have for my cookie at first I thought it was a good gesture but then I realized no good deed goes unpunished and something would happen to balance it out so them charging me me a bit extra was just karma, you win some and you lose some. Clearly not coming back here if I have to be dealing with all these frustrating energies. She won't see me again touche!“
