Chipotle Mexican Grill offers flavorful chicken and steak options that customers love. The guac is a standout ingredient that enhances the burritos and bowls. Customers appreciate the high-quality food, especially the chicken al pastor, and often visit at least once a week. The restaurant has recently improved its menu and service, which has positively impacted customer ratings. The staff generally provides excellent service, but the busy environment with high schoolers sometimes causes noise that can detract from the experience. Customers find the restaurant offers a satisfying dining experience with a welcoming atmosphere. The team is described as nice and welcoming, making customers feel like it's a real restaurant and not just fast food. Customers are thankful for the great portion of chicken, with the balance being perfect. The guacamole is also praised for its delicious flavor. The overall experience is positive, with polite and helpful staff, and acceptable cleanliness inside, despite some unpleasant smells outside.
