“We got the ice cream sundae and pumpkin blizzard. As always, their top notch and quality ingredients are a reflection of how amazing their products are. Consistent with most Dairy Queen locations. But the one thing that really caught our attention is the gentleman who was working there on 16 Sept 2024, around 3;30 pm. He is the definition of an excellent Canadian customer experience - pleasant, friendly and attentive. You rarely get this type of service anymore especially with the influx of immigrants with the lack of training and culture integration in Canada; however, this guy is a breath of fresh air! Thank you for such wonderful service.“
“The managers here are very respectful to those that respect them/dont SWEAR at them! we used a coupon and they served us as quickly as possible. “That was fast! Sept 18/24- hopped off the streetcar to walk a bit further but it’s worth it! Your pumpkin blizzard was delicious! I came here after exploring Toronto and it was an excellent way to end my trip!

“I ordered a custom ice cream cake for my kid's birthday from this location. A lady named Anush (hopefully spelled correctly) took my order and patiently discussed my vision so she understood every detail. Thankfully, she also took the time to make the cake herself and she absolutely nailed it. She is amazing, with next-level customer service skills. Will definitely come back to her for all my ice cream cake needs in the future :)“
