Dairy Queen Grill & Chill offers a pleasant dining experience with friendly service. The food is made fresh and served piping hot in a clean, well-maintained restaurant. The staff is accommodating and ensures good behavior. The young lady at the cash is pleasant and the staff is super friendly, providing quick service and a quality quality product. The wait is reasonable and customers are very patient, even when it is a very busy spot with lines up to the door. The restaurant has a nice setup at the back for customers to sit and enjoy their meals, and a patio overlooking the Toronto skyline and sunset. Service is good and the workers are doing their absolute best. Parking is horrible and the prices have gone up. The slushie machine has been broken, but thankfully customers are able to get shakes.
