Worst avo toast i have ever eaten. There was less than 1/4 avocado spread so thin i could see through at spots and it wasnt fresh. Zero love in this food. Nice atmosphere aside from the argumentative young cashier who told me the kitchen was backed up and to stand in front of the kitchen area waiting for my number. Upon visiting Picnic a few days back, I had an issue with overpayment at their cafe counter that I only discovered the next day. I issued my concerns to the management that same day in an email and was immediately called to be assured that I would be refunded. A day after that I received an email from their director apologizing for the mixup while ensuring a prompt refund.

Great coffee and drinks but every time I've come here I've experienced some of the most rude service while ordering, just very unfriendly and completely uninterested in answering any questions. I've come here enough times for this to be a reoccurring experience and not a one off thing unfortunately.
