Dear Saigon is on of my go-to spot for pho. Pho here tastes great and beautifully presented. I have visited multiple times and introduced to my non Vietnamese friends. They all love the food here. Staff were very friendly, deliver great and fast service.
Like some have already said, it's very mid as far as their pho and vermicelli is concerned. Brisket was over cooked, vermicelli was bland and not the biggest portions. Alright if you're craving pho in a pinch.
