Personalized, genuinely kind-hearted notes of thanks every time one makes a purchase; noticeably fresh, flavorful, yet still healthy food that reminds me of my Czech grandmother's cooking, which no other restaurant--or cook, really, save one--ever has; utensils and napkins offered without question; most often, even a free item thrown in, long after they likely know you'd be back anyway. And truly outstandingly accessible pricing: two large meals, enough to get through the whole of a day, for far less than one would cost at most places, and infinitely better-tasting for it! Ordered from them several times weekly while an ulcer was flaring in my case, and didn't get sick after eating their food at all, even while I felt terrible post–most eating I did. Love it! “It was my first time attending today and honestly it was a great experience. There is an assortment of food items to choose from that a great quality. When I ordered my sandwich, the owner and the other attending staff were kind, accommodating (they adjusted their house sandwhich ingredients for me because I have dietary restrictions) and friendly. “I come to this supermarket every week they have everything , everything in stock nice store clean, and the staff are very nice and friendly, specially there is a woman work in the back coking food, nice with customers friendly , nice talking , respectful , she is very nice and nice lady with all people , every time clean the kitchen and tables , clean the floor, clean the walls, she is clean lady . I like this supermarket , everything is good and clean .“

“Saw Uncle Sid's on doordash a few months ago and decided to give them a try. Was really impressed and have re-ordered several times. So far I've never been disappointed! Portions are generous, especially the sandwich meats! So far have tried the Montreal smoked meat, ham, tuna, but, and egg salad sandwiches. All great options!“
