Ordered online a Teriyaki Twist Bowl which comes with rice. Reached there on stipulated time and still not ready and then I got asked they don't have rice can they replace with quinoa and kale instead. A bit disappointing as I don't feel full(y) satisfaction without rice. The bowl was made with perfect ingredients. Reached my desk to find out no dressing added to the bowl. Hi, I work at 121 freshii. I just wanted to clarify customer name GARO who left us review before me. He ordered one pangoa bowl and he asked for cilantro-lime dressing instead of bbq dressing. Also he said he want extra sauce which I should charge for extra dressing since he asked. But he said in Freshii app it doesn’t charge for extra dressing so he wanted to order through Freshii app. It was very busy that time. Good food and good service but this location is busy at lunch time and only has one person working!! How come?? The staff member was working 120% of her time, not sure if she got time to breath! I was more than 10 min waiting and she prepared more than 10 orders alone. Everybody was waiting. The company should put at least 2 people here on rush hour.
