There is 'big A' ACCESSIBILITY, wherein establishments make themselves a welcoming environment to those with disabilities and special needs; then there is 'little a' accessibility, where they will manage, tolerate, and make you feel uncomfortable at best.
I'd like to give Future Bakery at the corner of Brunswick and Bloor a solid 5/5 little a's for their (lack) of AODA aware service today.

I've been eating the borscht here since '93. The portions have gotten smaller but still the same recipe . But lately it's hit and miss whether you even get a full bowl or not. And it's a small bowl!!. I'm close to stopping coming here after 33 years!! Please get it together.
