There is 'big A' ACCESSIBILITY, wherein establishments make themselves a welcoming environment to those with disabilities and special needs; then there is 'little a' accessibility, where they will manage, tolerate, and make you feel uncomfortable at best.
I'd like to give Future Bakery at the corner of Brunswick and Bloor a solid 5/5 little a's for their (lack) of AODA aware service today.

It needs a revamp everything seems old. Good atmosphere with lots of people.
My borscht was not the hottest in and contained beans which I've never seen before, and I had to ask the server to replate and top up as it got slobbed all over the napkin and plate and everything.
Cherry swirl cheesecake seemed incredibly small and far too sweet to my taste.
Maybe I've outgrown this place 🤔

Delicious pesto mozzarella sandwich with borscht and a brownie cheesecake. Portions are moderate for the price, but quality is good, and if going for volume the combo meals with the sandwich can come with two sides for good value.
