Gushi Japanese fried chicken is delicious and worth the 10min wait for this made-to-order street food spot on Dundas W at Scadding Court rec centre. Ive been here before, about a year ago, and this time was consistently good! I got the classic 3-piece Gushi Chicken with spicy mayo (not really spicy). It was 3 crispy fried pieces of boneless thigh meat - very crispy, moist, and flavourful! I'll go back again to try other flavours and skewered chicken options.
I’ve been going here for over 10 years and I love it! It’s my favourite recommendation and always a reliable,great, and fun meal. Definitely try it out! My go-to is the original but try the NanBan to spice it

Taste good!The chicken is perfectly cooked, crispy out layer even after 10 mins. Couldn’t taste the chicken itself as the spicy mayo is overpowered the taste of chicken but it’s good combination. I was a bit shocked by the price of large portion -$20 as a takeaway food. I ordered small portion, it was better than expected. So no complaints. The box is brimmed up.
