I’ve been to IQ before and have always found it to be a clean, well-maintained spot with a good overall vibe.
On a recent visit, I had a bit of an issue with my order — I got a bowl with avocado, and the portion was quite small and didn’t taste very fresh. It seemed a little off, which was disappointing. However, I reached out to them about it, and their customer service was great. They responded quickly and offered to make it right, which I really appreciated.

I love the bowls from iQ! Theyre so healthy and fresh, but im most impressed by the sauces/dressings as everything is made from scratch. They also have a ton of options for us picky eaters. Smoothies are great too, definitely I'll be back!

Guy in the braids needs some customer service training asap. Been here more than once and every time he's at the cashier he's extremely rude.
