“Staying in Fairmont was such a fairy tale. We got a beautiful room with amazing view. Library bar food was delicious. Overall, hospitality was awesome. Only thing that was disappointed that was parking, it should be a part of stay at no additional cost. Also, there was no instructions mentioned if a person is parking his/her own car, not by valet.“

“I recently visited Clockwork for a beautiful tea for a close friend's big birthday celebration. There was a great selection of teas and delicious treats, including gluten-free and nut-free options for those with dietary restrictions. The atmosphere was perfect, and everyone had a wonderful time. Before the tea, I emailed Elise to make sure everything was perfect. She was very lovely and accommodating. The staff members Gemma and Leah were nice but also incredibly attentive, making our celebration even more special. The whole experience was great. I would highly recommend it!“

“If you’re looking for a great date night spot with live jazz music, the reservoir lounge is one to check out. The atmosphere is very intimate & the live band when we visited was so good! The food as well is great as they can all be shared & they have a good selection of drinks. I’d recommend reserving a table in advance as this place does fill up fast, & there is a cash only cover charge of $10 per person. They do have an atm if you don’t have cash on you & a coat check! The gentlemen at the door was kind enough to let me leave my umbrella in the coat check so I don’t have to worry about it at my seat.“

“This location never disappoints! From the moment you walk in the hostesses are always very friendly and welcoming. Our server yesterday, Sam was also amazing 🤩 provided honest recommendations and was very on top of things. Food was amazing (just as good next day too! Lol). We also ordered some take out as well, Sam understood exactly what we needed - no misunderstandings or issues at all! Thanks Sam!!“

“I regularly have a great experience dining at the members lounge. The service is good and there is always a delicious vegitarian option. The only complaint I have is that sometimes I find the portions too small. Overall, I really enjoy having lunch there, alone or with a friend.“
