This is the 3rd bakery I'm trying in Chinatown, after awhile it all starts to blur together but they each have their own unique ones that stand out and unique to the bakery itself. They all have the signature pineapple bun, coconut bun, red bean bun, and the usual Cantonese bread selections. This one seems to be more leaning towards savory selections which I definitely appreciate! My favorite is the deep fries mochi with meat filling one.
I came here with my girlfriend and her friends, and we ended up getting three buns, pork floss, chicken and cheese hotdog, and a coconut bun. All three were tasty and delicious, and we really enjoyed them Overall, we had a great experience! no sit down options, only take to go.
Excellent bread, both savoury and sweet. The castella i bought was fluffy, light, and delicious. The pineapple buns are so soft with not too sweet custard. Prices are hard to beat these days while the quality is excellent. Truly highly recommend.
