I ordered a take-out large pizza from NOB and it was sent to the Greary location instead of the Greenwood one by my house.
I realized what had happened and called the store less than 15min later. I asked if they could redirect it to Greenwood or refund me so I can place the order there. I was told it was already in the system and being made and there was nothing they could do. I pointed out it would take me over an hour to drive to them and pickup a cold pizza, but in the end I couldn't even get back the tip I left on a take-out pizza.
Overall very disappointed with the customer service. As a first time customer with over $40 down the drain, I will not be returning.

I love this place and this pizza!! As a horn and raised italian, I truly appreciate the uniquenesse on North of Brooklyn's pizza, and this spot on Geary Ave is me and my husband's favourite. Thank you guys for setting the bar very high.

This location makes the least consistent NOB Killer Bee pizza. The crust isn't always think and crispy. They don't always put on the honey. One in five pizza's gets it right. The bonus is they are open late and you can get a drink if you are early.

got the truffle pizza for me and friends while helping them move and oh my goddddd i literally never write reviews but my toes are curling my eyelids are fluttering this was the singular best decision ive made this week

Great food, but I don’t understand why the kitchen guys are way nicer than the girl at the front. Like you’re selling pizza so relax a little bit. Feel like you super hated us and we just got a salad.

Walked up to the counter to get a slice. Watched the server handle slices with his hands for every person ahead of me. I asked him to stop and respect hygiene and use a tool. He kept saying “I don’t know how to do that!” His colleagues stared him down.
Get this guy out of there! Disgusting. Watching him wipe his hands after each serving on his pants. Who hired that idiot?
